Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client:

Clients may cancel scheduled cleaning services without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service.

Cancellation by BlueSyncSkyline:

BlueSyncSkyline reserves the right to cancel or reschedule cleaning services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff illness or equipment failure. In such cases, every effort will be made to notify clients promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

Refund Policy

Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service:

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

Refunds for Cancelled Services:

Refunds for cancelled services will be processed promptly and credited back to the original payment method used for booking. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
